The story of "Partap", is the story of printing and packaging industry in India. Established in 1947 at Amritsar, by late Mr. Partap Singh Arora with the plant of Book Sewing machines parts. In 1960, his son, late Mr. Ravinder Singh Partap Singh Arora, started additional plant of printing & packaging machinery such as paper cutting, punching, stitching & allied machines along with dog chuck & true chuck.

In 1967, their son Mr. Hardip Singh Arora (son of Late Mr. R.S.Arora) further started a new factory in addition to the Amritsar's manufacturing plant of Printing and Packaging machinery. Thus "Partap" A Group of Companies pioneered the manufacturing of machines for printing & packaging industry in India. It grew in stature and style. Mr. Gurmeet Singh Arora & Mr. S. S. Arora is managing the Amritsar Factory. "Partap" took up the challenge of meeting the needs for modern, high speed, sophisticated machinery. 

In 1984 "Partap" started their offices, showroom cum service center at Fort & Goregaon at mumbai in Maharashtra state.


In 1996, "Partap" Group of Companies started a new factory at Daman near vapi, Gujrath manufacturing corrugated box & carton manufacturing machines.


In keeping with its position as a proven leader, "Partap" also offers complete technology for manufacture of printing and packaging.

As on organization with a firm belief in updating its technology to increase productivity and efficiency. "Partap" continues to develop new and innovative machines to meet the changing requirements of the industry.

"Partap" is exporting their products from 1996 onwards to practically all the countries in the world such as Jeddah, Kuwait, Muscat, Riyadh, Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, south African & east African countries etc.

Most of government printing presses, Central & state govt. depts., atomic energy depts., are using only "Partap" range of products in India.
